“Photographer wins copyright ruling”

This case was actually closed in 2002. But after a discovery of a company making back copies of a photographers work. The photographer believed the company were infringing his copyright and breaching the previous consent order from the case in 2002.
In my opinion, this case made me realize that even though you sue someone over a copyright of your stuff, you can’t trust them. Since 2002, they couldn’t last long & I guess they didn’t have enough patience. But to be hoenst, copyright is everywhere. Especially Pirated videos, who can stop that?
